Spring Sun Outages

Twice each year, the sun is positioned directly in line with the ground-based satellite dish antennas used to receive CATV programming. This positioning caused programming interruptions as the sun’s energy over powers the signals transmitted by the satellites. When the signal is interrupted your analog signal will become very fuzzy and the DCT set top converter will display “One Moment Please” on affected channel(s). You may experience these outages during March 1st – 6th.

Digital Cable Outage

On January 14, 2008 at 03:00 AM CST, emergency uplink antenna maintenance will be performed on digital cable. Although a 10 to 30 second hit per channel is required, users may experience an outage of up to 5 minutes per channel. We are sorry for the trouble.
